Man.....What really can I say when it comes to Ms. Connie "Lovely" Jackson, other than she's lovely! That word absolutely describes her as a person, as an artist and especially as a Chef. She has accomplished so much in her 24 yrs of living. She has received 3 degrees in Culinary Arts from the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago, and currently serves as a Culinary Representative for the Alumni chapter of AI. But wait...Not only is she Executive Chef of the "USA Cooking Camps", she is also Executive Chef/Owner of "Lovely Eats". Lovely Eats is a catering company that can cater any event or function. She offers personal chefs, event planners, cooking demonstrations, wedding cakes, and culinary consultations. She has also catered for Atlantic recording artist Trey Songz, Da Internz, Hot 2 Def, radio personalities, DJ’s, etc..NOT ONLY is she Executive Chef of the "USA Cooking Camps", Executive Chef of her own company "Lovely Eats", BUT.......she is vice president/owner of the "TheEntertainmentCompany", better known as T.E.C. TEC offers marketing, promotions, music production, commercial production, consultation, event planning, digital recording studio, and street teams. TEC is also a record label, her album will be the first to be released on the label with productions by BUDA and Tony Baines. Along with her album, "Lovely Eats Vol. 1" the cook book will be released this summer of 09'...so be on the look out!
